Best commissioner?

Okay, there seems to be a lot of stuff going on in sports lately. Who is handling it the best? Which sports commissioner do you like best? Bud Selig (MLB)? Sorry, but I don't know the names of the football, hockey, and basketball commissioners, or presidents, or whatever they are. On ESPN, they always talk about...Roger Goodell? Is that his name (okay, I know I sound like an idiot, please forgive!), and he seems to me like a good guy. He suspended Adam "Pacman" Jones and that other guy. Bud Selig isn't enforcing the testing policy that much. So what's your opinion: Who has their sport under control?
