Vietnam / Iraq ....?

Vietnam wasn't even declared a war by our congress, it was called a "conflict". We were supposedly there to stop the spread of communism (sheesh). If young Americans were getting drafted now as they were during the Vietnam conflict, you'd bet they'd be out protesting instead of watching youtube and and we'd be long gone from Iraq by now. We accomplished the mission there - to remove Hussain from power, find the weapons of m destruction (oops... none to be found), and allow the people of Iraq the right to choose their own government (accomplished - they just happened to pick a lot of non-leaders). There is no point for us to be there any longer!! Just think, with Vietnam at least Bush had his exit plan. ;-)
