Is it legal to put on advertising that you are offering services from a "British" qualified tradesman

Due to extremely high number of Eastern European cheap unqualified, uninsured and in some cases illegal migrant workers. I want to emphasise in my Advertisements that I am British and all work will be carried out by qualified British tradesman. Could this be construed as being rascist?
