Amanda - a beneficiary of gender stereotyping?

The media is unwilling to accept that a female could murder - inspite of several evidences to the contrary. The TRUTH seems to be, that while males murder *upfront*, females tend to be secretive, using alibis, or instigating their friends/relatives ( and there seems to be no dearth for either ), to do the job for them.
