What is the best way to get or find the right girlfriend?

Few months ago I found a girl, she is very beautiful but smokes and I rejected her, after I found another one but the problem was that, every second we will fight or quarrel so I did rejected her too and now friends are telling me to go to the disco for I will find one but I don't trust those Girls in clubs because I have this strong thought that they are not decent. what are you going to do if you were in shoes?
