Trouble with guys.....?

Your still so young, so many school relationships people look back on and go - why did I do that? Anyway, I think it is way too young to be feeling like you have never have been kissed. Come back at 30 and i'll offer some suggestions then perhaps - because otherwise - it is perfectly normal. And when it happens it happens and there is no pushing these things.
