Runescape combat lvl up?

First, you wanna train either of these 2 skills, attack or strength because they provide the most combat levels with each level. Hitpoints do give good combat levels, (1 combat level for every 4 hitpoint level) but that comes with every hit so w/e. Then go to a good monster to train with to get mad exp. Since you didn't say either you were a member or not, I don't know what monsters to tell you. But I recommend hill giants for exp because good money, big bones give 15 prayer exp, sold for 300 coins. If your a member, than go northeast of relleka and start killing rock . Give 200 exp each to any skill, gives about 66 hitpoint exp.
