Remove odor from tile and grout? HELP!?

My kitty doesn't like to use her box (which I've talked about on another board), and she's peed many times on my tile floor. I scrubbed the floor by hand with all-purpose cleaner, but it seems to have only spread the smell around. I think it's in the grout. I know i'm not supposed to use ammonia, but other than that I am at a loss as what to use to get my bathroom smelling normal and not like a zoo. It's mortifying! HELP!
