My 9mnth old has had a high fever ranging from 101-103.5 for the last 4 days now?

She has been to two different hospitals, cause she became ill over the weekend, and today I took her to the pediatricians office. The only tests that were run were rsv, flu, and urinary tract infection. I mentioned bloodwork being done and was told no cause of how she was acting at that time! I've been giving her tylenol, and motrin, and pushing the fluids consistently for the past 4 days. All 3 doctors have told me that they think it's just a virus, but I feel like theres more going on there. It's 11:30 pm and when i checked her last, her tempature was 103 again. Tomorrow will make it day 5. I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of concern from the doctors, and emotionally exhausted and don't know what to do. I don't have a childrens hospital in my area either. If any one has experienced something similar, or has any suggestions, please do
