I have all the signs of being pregnant, but I had heavy bleeding for about two days, randomly, not full day.?

I've been spotting now for days, and had a day or two of heavy bleeding, but it only lasted an hour or so. I haven't taken a pregnancy test yet, but I've had all the signs. And now, I'm confused because of this bleeding pattern. It's been like a week of spotting, but i read online that it usually last a few days. Also, when its spotty, it is dark brownish, light pinkish, which was what was described on one of the websites I read. If you know anything, please help.
