I feel really sick, help?

My throat is killing me, one tonsil is really swollen and there's like white things on both of them. It kind of looks like when you have a canker sore. When I take motrin I can eat better but if it starts to wear off I can barely drink water. My body is so sore too, mostly my lower half but it aches like crazy. Kind of like when I have the flu. And my head hurts a lot too. I feel like crying I don't know what to do. I went to the hospital and I came back negative for mono and strep throat. So they gave me penicilin but is that going to help my body aches?
