How do you get your milk supply up?

I have a 3 week old baby and feeding great but this past sunday i was sick in the hospital and away from my baby for 4 days and couldnt feed her and i wasnt eating or drinking hardly anything because of my illness, now im back home but my milk has depleted so much i have hardly any to give her, how can i get it back to normal supply again? please help
