Can we get a citizenship or a green card, If we are gay couple but neither of us has are US citizens?

Im a student from India and I m on a student visa (F1). i recently got married to a guy from Nepal who is on a same visa. So in this way since if we go back to our country they wont allow us to be together and they will not accept it , can we file an asylum in US and stay here as a married couple..
